DRIVEN 2010: What drives Jameson Riley?

2009 was a rough year for a lot of people, and it was no different here, and even though I would love to just put the year behind and forget about it, I stand to get more value out of 2009 by going back over both the positive and negative periods. I’ve realized that I can bring forward and continue the positive aspects of the year, and use the negative aspects to learn and make a positive change in 2010 and beyond.

2010 brings much promise in many different areas, including the general economy, but specifically in motorsport and fundraising. This is NOT a New Year resolution (those never work), but an opportunity to move forward.

That is what drives me in 2010.

Riley Racing Crew

As a sponsor to Riley Racing, DRIVEN Clothing Company has teamed up with the endurance sports car team to produce all of their official team clothing for the 2010 season and beyond.

The first piece in this collection is the Riley Racing Crew, which will be available starting 1/22/10, just in time for Riley Racing’s first race of the 2010 season at Daytona International Raceway.

Sir Clark Joins the DCC Team

Meet Sir Clark. He is the marque of our Motorsport Line, and will be integrated into many of the line’s designs.

Sir Clark

We believe those who are DRIVEN remain “DRIVEN ‘Till the End”.

We wanted to have a “marque” for our Motorsport Line that would best represent our thoughts and beliefs of being DRIVEN, and so a specifically designed skull wearing a vintage racing helmet was our first, and ultimately, final idea. The skull’s structure is based off a specific legend, and Sir Clark wears his helmet with the DCC brand emblazoned on the front above the visor.

We’re all DRIVEN to do something, and as Sir Clark helps us demonstrate, we’re all “DRIVEN ‘Till the End”.

New Design: Lifestyle

We’ve posted a preview to one of our newest designs, “Lifestyle”: http://bit.ly/qHmci

This design portrays a message of the DRIVEN Lifestyle: Always. DRIVEN. Forward. Our new DRIVEN Laurel is on the back of the shirt.

The Welcome Post

Just as the title of this post says: “Welcome”. We are a new clothing company, founded by brothers Jameson and AJ Riley. Being professional racing drivers, they wanted to create a medium to share not only their passion and drive for motorsport, but to allow anyone to share their passion.

Fortunately, anyone can be driven to do just about anything. This allows the DRIVEN Clothing Company to be much more than just apparel, and why we’ve created THE PADDOCK: A DRIVEN Community. As an online community, anyone can upload, post, and share what they are passionate about, as well as what drives them in life.

DRIVEN Clothing Company is an “interactive” company: we don’t just sell apparel online. Instead, the founders and the staff all take part in discussions, uploading, and sharing. Have a suggestion? Contact us. Send us an email.

As we grow, we’ll be able to bring you more designs, more features to our site, and more ways for you to interact with DRIVEN, as well as anyone in the world.

Best regards,

DRIVEN Clothing Company
